The customer is liable for all return postage costs if the customer chooses to return the item within the return period and without a fault, unless otherwise stated by our representatives on contact.In the case of loss or delay of an item please contact us and we will look into the matter for you. If the delay or loss is out of the customers control and/or not caused by the customer we will cover these costs.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase.Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out.Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.Pokemon TCG Code Cards, and similar items with a printed, single-use, redeemable code, are not eligible for returns.Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.Cancellations / Order Amendments

You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to do so. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at very short notice, we recommend calling to ensure that your order is not packed and/or dispatched before changes can be made. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.

Refund processing fees

For any orders that are cancelled by the customer prior to shipping or returned for any reason other than loss or damage will incur a 3% refund payment processor charge that will deducted from the total refund amount. This fee is charged by the payment processors, either Shopify, PayPal or Amazon. For any cancellations due to the inability to fulfil an order will not incur a payment processor fee.

Refunds on international orders

For any orders sent internationally that are returned due to deliveries not being accepted, undeliverable addresses, or customs charges not being paid will have the cost of the items refunded but any shipping costs already incurred shall not be refunded.

Delivery will be made by royal mail, delivery charges of £2.79 next day delivery will be charged at check out Unless selected other postal service's. There are multiple options for delivery including free delivery, average delivery time is 3-4 working days excluding bank holidays and weekends.
